A widespread area of activity

AKKA Technologies is a strategic partner of defence equipment manufacturers and suppliers: Thales, SAGEM, MBDA, EADS, DCNS, Dassault Aviation, Nexter etc. With its expertise in engineering and industrial information technology and embedded systems, the Group has been involved in major programmes such as the A400M, the M51 and the Rafale.

It covers a wide-ranging area of activity: design and development of mechanical assemblies (instrument panels on fighter aircraft and helicopters) and electronics (radar), missile systems, CMS (Combat Management Systems) systems for ships and submarines, development and improvement of Frameworks, measure and counter-measure, RF/HF (Radio Frequency/ High Frequency) electronics, NATO codification, technical and training documentation.

The AKKA Technologies experts have a complete command of the main military standards: MAT 10000, AIR 106, IT 8805, ASD 200M, ASD 1000D, DOD 1388 etc.

Strategic missile

AKKA Technologies experts have created software programs for the electric launch of a new nuclear deterent missile for the ballistic missile submarines of the French defence forces. They have also been involved in firing tests at military test bases.
