Consolidated revenue 2012 up by 74.5%
2012 has been a year for turning the corner for AKKA Technologies. Between 2010 and 2012 the Group has doubled its size reaching proforma revenue of €925 million. It has bolstered its presence in Germany, where it now generates 39% of its annual revenue.

AKKA Technologies and UTBM signed a technology partnership
This signature demonstrates the commitment of AKKA develop close relations with Great Engineering Schools and universities based on the technique. UTBM is the 28th school to join the AKKA. This agreement focused on the automotive and rail complements the ISAE signed in September, focused on aeronautics.

A new CEO for Germany
The Business Unit Germany has a new CEO. Harald Keller will take on the position during the course of the first quarter of 2013. The new CEO, aged 49, will be responsible for both the German operative businesses of MBtech and AKKA. With this recruitment, the AKKA Group management bodies are complete.
